Frog's Random Rippling - BR Ave opens up

They are not removing the barriers they're just moving them out of the driving lanes of the street. The barricades still block sections of the parking lanes for outdoor dining. The street is now open to traffic, so pedestrians and restaurant patrons need to be vigilant.
Editor's Note: Carrollton Avenue is still closed to traffic from Broad Ripple Avenue. Here is DPW's comment: "Carrollton Avenue from Broad Ripple Ave to the alley north of the post office is set to remained closed until November 30 or the restaurants that have opted into the Dineout Indy program using that space let us know they no longer need the space." from Hannah Scott-Carter, Public Information Officer, Indianapolis Department of Public Works.
