We have reported before about the recycling issues at Broad Ripple Park. Many residents repeatedly find the glass and newspaper bins stuffed to overflowing. When we asked about this earlier we were told that the bins are emptied daily. This has never appeared to be true. The problem isn't just at Broad Ripple Park. Your editor has had the same problems with the recycling bins behind the Kroger at 71st And Binford Avenue.
