This historic photo is of Broad Ripple Town Marshal Thomas Medsker. There are several versions of his name in the Broad Ripple Town Minutes of the early 1900s - Medsger and Metsger with middle initials of F, P, and J (although, some of that may be my interpretation of the poor cursive handwriting by the secretary at that time). This photo is from the Vernon Earle collection.
