Steak 'n Shake is open again at 54th and Keystone. The restaurant has been at this location since the late fifties, starting out as a curbside car-hop, drive in. It used to serve the baked beans in tiny Boston Baked Bean crocks. There was a large, billboard-sized menu on the rear of the building. It was large so the cars parked there for car-hop service could see it.
