Zoning update

There is an update for the development proposed for the northeast corner of 62nd Street and College Avenue. This is for the office headquarters proposed to replace the properties south of the Lincolnshire Apartments on the east side of College Avenue. The January 9 public hearing has been continued to February 13. The hearing for 2019-CSN/CVR-852 is now scheduled for Thursday, February 13, at 1 pm with the Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD) Hearing Examiner in the City-County Building downtown.

There is also an update for the development proposed for the Broad Ripple Park family center. The DMD Hearing Examiner moved the January 9 public hearing to the full DMD Council hearing on February 5 at 1pm. The case number is 2019-CAP-855/2019-CVR-855.
