Peter asked about the long-damaged bike rack at the corner of Broad Ripple Avenue and Winthrop. The BRVA says the rack is the responsibility of the BRVA, not the City of Indianapolis, and that repairs are planned. Since the rack is an art piece, the repairs will take longer.
Just before press time, the heavily damaged portion of the rack was removed from the sidewalk.
