Next Door American Eatery opened recently at 46th and College Avenue. This restaurant is an amazing example of reuse, the structure has been a Kroger (in the 30s), a 7 - Eleven Grocery (in the 60s), and a Double Eight Grocery most recently. They even preserved the original 7 - Eleven sign from the top of the building (left).
