The orange sign is up announcing that there is an upcoming liquor license hearing for the building on the north east corner of College and 46th. Scarlet Lane Brewing of McCordsville is planning to open at this location. This used to be Big Al's Superstore and is across the street from Next Door (restaurant under construction).
