On October 29th the Pawn Shop Pub, 2222 E. 54th St., held the annual Dog Halloween Costume Contest. Several great dogs arrived with their owners in costume. According to the Judges, Richard and Jason Foesz, the First Place winner, in the dog costume category, was Cayanne, "Bad Dog Stealing Treats", owned by Krissy Gosvenor with the Second Place going to Princess, "Hannibal Lector", owned by John Diem. The First Place winner of the dog and owner costume category was Conrad, "The Shark", and owner Kathleen Crossland, "The Fisherwoman". Everyone had a great time. Proceeds went to Southside Animal Shelter - rescue shelter.
