Broad Ripple area artists Justin Vining and Johnny McKee take their visual whimsy to Fountain Square this month with a month-long show at New Day Craft. These talented, humble artists and teachers step away from the serious side of their art by using beans, embroidery and LEGOs to remind us all that art IS everywhere. Must see for those who love to smile.

Kudos to the JCC for hosting a fabulous Spirit & Place event on Nov 5th. Young poets from Word as Bond and Herron High delivered powerful spoken word while the athletically graceful members of Dance Kaleidoscope added movement. Standing ovation for all. And it was FREE.
