Sidener Academy for High Ability Students hosted its third annual SideNerds Night Out fundraiser (Fantastic Brains and Where To Find Them) on March 11 at DeveloperTown, 5255 Winthrop Avenue [PP24 on map]. With approximately 35% of Sidener students qualifying for free or reduced lunch, the SideNerds event provides much-needed funds for student enrichment scholarships, supplies for the arts, media, and physical education, support for school athletics, and community builders, such as Earth Day, family game night, and STEM events.
