Random Rippling - Oratorical Competition

The American Legion District 11 Oratorical Competition was held at Post 3, 6379 N. College Avenue on Saturday, 21 January 2017. By the slimmest of margins, the Marion County representative at the next level of competition at Knightstown on 12 February is Isaac Bock. Isaac and brother Samuel Bock were congratulated by Oratorical Chairman Rees Morgan and Post 3 Vice Commander Roger Vandrey. Competition judges were Mitchell Chabraja, James Turner, Sheila Little, and Eileen Worchester Johantges.
