Happy Holidays everyone! 2016 has flown by. Was that the nicest fall we have ever had? Let's celebrate the Holidays in the Ripple.
Here is a list of upcoming events:

Pet a Reindeer at the ISBVI Holiday Plant and Tree Sale
The Indiana School for the Blind Holiday Plant Sale will be Thursday, Friday & Saturday December 1, 2 & 3, 2016. The hours are:
Thursday and Friday: Noon to 5pm, Saturday: 9am to 4pm
On Saturday, December 3, 2016. from 9am to 3pm, enjoy cookies, hot chocolate and festive music around a warm fire. The schedule for Saturday is:
11:15 - 12:15 pet a reindeer from Silly Safaris
11:30 - 12:30 Visit with Santa Claus
1:00 - 2:00 Performance by the Indianapolis Ukulele Club

Holiday time at the IMA: B Movie Bingo, Winter Solstice, and More
The Indianapolis Museum of Art has a lot going on this month including a Holiday in Bloom display in the Lilly House. Other events:
Family Day - Dec. 3, 2016 / 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Join the celebration and make homemade gifts for loved ones. Enjoy an afternoon filled with holiday music and a ballet performance and workshop from The Nutcracker by the Indianapolis School of Ballet.
B-Movie Bingo: I Come In Peace - Dec. 15, 2016 / 7 p.m.
Deer Zink Special Events Pavilion
$8 Members / $12 Public
Started at the Hollywood Theater in Portland, B-Movie Bingo makes an interactive game out of the most awesome movie clichés ever committed to celluloid.
Winter Solstice - Dec. 22, 2016 / 5-8:30 p.m.
Free (Suggested donation to Mid-North Food Pantry)
Snap a family photo next to Karl Unnasch's "tree" of toys and with Santa. At this festive celebration visit Christmas at Lilly House, sing along with carolers, create winter art, meet arctic creatures and watch blocks of ice transform into sculptures at this all ages family event.

Shop from an exceptional selection of art and unique gifts at the Winter Art Sale: glass, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, paintings, prints, ornaments and other handmade art made by over 30 faculty artists of the Indianapolis Art Center.
See the 79th Annual Student Show exhibition opening, the largest juried exhibition of work made by our students.
Additionally, gallery visitors will have an opportunity to see work made as part of the Insider Art program, an Outreach program where they provide studio art classes for young people in the Marion County Jail.
