Frog's Random Rippling - City of Rushville visits Plump's Last Shot

On Thursday, August 18, 2016, the City of Rushville, the Indiana Stellar Communities designee for the Division I, joined the other finalists, former Stellar Communities winners, representatives from each of the state partner agencies, and Lt. Governor Eric Holcomb for the formal announcement at a Stellarbration at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
To continue the Stellarbration, those involved in the Stellar presentation from Rushville headed to Plump's Last Shot, 6416 Cornell Avenue [D5 on map], for lunch and a few adult beverages. The location was selected based upon the inspiration of the man himself: "for all of the small cities who never had a chance." Bobby Plump joined the crew for the celebration.
