Random Rippling - St. Paul's to Legion Hall - by Melissa Kidulas
posted: Jul. 22, 2016

by Melissa Kidulas

After the 10:00 mass on Sunday, July 10, 2016, the people of St. Paul's Episcopal Church returned to the American Legion building on College and 64th. 150 years ago, while their new church was being built, they gathered in the Legion building for Mass every Sunday. To celebrate, they took a trolley to the Legion for fellowship, refreshments, and a program about the building's history. "If it weren't for the legion building, St. Paul's may not be what it is today."
