Virginia Jarvis Coiffures has closed at 716 E. 65th Street [C3 on map]. According to current owner Cindi Sanders, who started working there in 1969, Virginia Jarvis opened the salon on 65th Street in 1966. My research shows that Jarvis worked before that at Flandre Salon at 52nd and College.
