Broad Ripple Magnet High School held an end-of-year luncheon for the staff. Retiring this year: Keith White, Vice Principal with 32 years in IPS; Ed Kassig, Biology Teacher with 41 years in IPS, more than 20 of them at BRHS; Marion Barnes, Head Custodian with 35 years, all at BRHS; and Doris Young, English teacher with 44 years at BRHS. Mike Akers was also recognized for his years as Principal at BRMHS. Akers moves to Key Learning Community this fall.
