This iron memorial to Bill Brink,"The Mayor of Broad Ripple", is mounted on the porch of Plump's Last Shot where Bill held court most evenings. Under the cutout, Frog and Jonathan Plump have planted their own memorial garden in living tribute to an old friend. Gone but never forgotten.
