RUN(317) - Run/Walk - Broad Ripple
Thursday, June 18, 2015
7 PM, $35 - Rainbow Bridge - Guilford and the Canal
The first race in the RUN(317)2015 series will be centered in Broad Ripple and promises to be a blast. The course distance is sensible - 3.17 miles - and even more sensibly, it ends with two beers (for the 21+ crowd) from Thr3e Wise Men, and a commemorative pint glass. The post-party features music from DJ Cool Hand Lex and a portion of the proceeds benefit School On Wheels.
The route starts and finishes on the Guilford Avenue bridge over the canal behind the Broad Ripple Runners Forum and incorporates the streets of beautiful Broad Ripple.
I'll see you there. I'll be huffing along at the rear of the pack and talking about how amazing School On Wheels is and how much I love Broad Ripple. You know, the usual stuff. Visit the RUN(317) website to register and for more course info.
