Neighbors of the proposed Laverock condo project met with the developer at the new BRVA office on Guilford Avenue to express their concerns. The issues included the scale of the project and the proposed removal of the old trees and the historic tow path along the canal. This project is expected to be discussed at the January 27, 2015, BRVA Land Use and Development committee meeting.
