Indianapolis Public Library summer reading participant Averitt Cartwright, a 10-year-old Washington Township resident and student at the Center for Inquiry #84, was joined by Bethany Warner of The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation at the Glendale Branch as she received the CollegeChoice CD 529 Savings Plan scholarship award from summer reading program supporters College Savings Bank and the Indiana Educational Savings Authority.
