The meeting room at the Glendale branch library was packed recently for an information and feedback meeting for the proposed Meijer store south of 56th and Keystone Avenue, where the Cadillac and Kia dealers are today. The meeting was between concerned residents and one of the civil engineers from Woolpert, the local consulting engineering firm hired by Meijer for the project. The purpose of the meeting was to explain the current preliminary site plan and to gather resident comments that can be taken back to the project team for review.
