• The BRMHS Octet will have the opportunity to record the theme music for "Mental Floss," a PBS television series. Ms. Bartolowits was contacted on Wednesday and the recording session occurred today! What an awesome experience for this amazing group of young musicians. Congratulations Cody Wong, Alfonso Ruvalcaba, Jocelyn Aguilar, Andres Calvillo, Kaleb Edwards, Enrique Arias-Viera, Ruby Smith, and Chantal Gatlin. You make us all proud!

• And how about our talented actors?!? Congratulations to the following student actors who were cast in the production of Decision House: Ariana Mathis, Daija Dukes, Edward Strickling, Quincy Foust, and Jalil Stephens. They will be performing downtown for Indianapolis teens on September 22. Rockets Rule!

• The Ladies Rockets Volleyball freshman team won over Gambold last night and now the Varsity, JV, and Freshmen all begin their season with a perfect 1-0 record! Way to go, ladies! The JV and Varsity defend their record today here at home against Sheridan at 5pm. Come join the fun and cheer your Lady Rockets on to victory!
