Errata: In the coverage of the June Broad Ripple Village Association Land Use and Development committee meeting, I incorrectly stated that the committee voted unanimously to support the sidewalk dining proposal for HopCat at College and Westfield. The motion was to support the request if the Department of Metropolitan Development staff report supported it. That motion was approved unanimously, with one abstention. After the meeting, the DMD staff report was released and it recommended denial. Therefore, the BRVA Land Use Committee also recommended denial.
