The regional award winners will represent Indiana in July at the 2014 NAACP National Convention in Las Vegas. Special thanks goes to ACT-SO Branch President of The Greater Indianapolis Mrs. Chrystal Ratcliffe, Chairperson Mrs. Sandra Parker and to the 2014 hosts Crispus Attucks HS and principal Mrs. Stephanie Nixon. Jr. ROTC/Youth Council of Crispus Attucks High School under the direction of Advisor Byron Ratcliffe provided all day assistance to the chairperson.
