For years I've stumbled in the large section of concrete in disrepair on North Cornell Avenue. Several children have skinned their knees and some elderly folks have fallen there. Complaints to the city were more or less ignored and those to the establishment in which the hole was in front of were helpless as the city had tied their hands. Well, last month, in the dark of the night, Santa, set up a meeting with the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy and together they contacted the "Concrete Gremlins"......the rest is history!! Have a safe walk.
