Every other Thursday the Broad Ripple Brewpub (65th and Cornell Avenue) hosts an event called "Tails and Ales." The event is coordinated by Move to Act, which parents many different smaller animal shelters around Indiana. Each shelter sets up a booth and information about their shelter and brings a few adoptable dogs to show off.
A local Broad Ripple resident meets a beagle named Harvey and a Goldendoodle named Sandy from the animal shelter, Waldo's Muttley Crew.
