Harold (Howie) Shipley, 27 year employee of the Robert E. Kennington American Legion Post #34, was seen filling the bird feeder for our resident new fledgling Sparrows....I asked "why are you doing that" to which he responded "Frog, the birds have to eat, they are God's creatures too." You are so right Howie. Post Commander, Tim Elson said "We are the post that cares". If you're ever by the post, stop and see Howie.
