A big change in the Village. The lanes have been changed coming south-bound on College to Broad Ripple Avenue. The left lane is now left turn only. The right lane is through and right turn. This change is still confusing for drivers. Every day many go straight through from the left lane and even honk at those in the right lane. Pass the word of the new configuration.
