America's Top Dog Model 2012 national winner is Moo, a striking Great Dane owned by Broad Ripple resident Kristin Kroft.

After one of her family's four Great Dane's passed away last year, Moo's owner Kristin, didn't expect to get another one any time soon, until she saw a photo of Moo. It was love at first sight! He has a white diamond on the back of his neck, so she deemed him 'Moo" (The Magnificent Moo, his AKC name).

Kristin's schedule as an Interior Design Project Manager and student is very, hectic and unpredictable, but Moo has been great through it all, she says, "He is always at the door to greet me with a happy face and wagging tail!"

They go for daily walks around the neighborhood, where Moo is quite well known. He is very sociable and loves greeting other dogs as well as children. This was a surprise to Kristin, due to his large size! Children walk up to Moo and he instantly lies down to let them pet him. Kristin allows Moo to interact with as many kids as possible because she knows that's what makes him happy.

On rainy Indiana days, Kristin and Moo opt for a fun indoor game of tug-o-war. His favorite spot is his bed next to mom's bed. "Home would not be the same without my sweet Moo," stated Kristin, "He enjoys meeting new people and would love the opportunity to be in front of the camera and make everyone who sees him smile."
