posted: Mar. 02, 2012
For the fourth time in the six years of the program, a Broad Ripple student will represent Indiana in the National Poetry Out Loud recitation competition. This year's champion, Jordan Mather-Licht, is a senior at Broad Ripple. As state champ, Jordan, along with his teacher, will receive an all-expenses paid trip to Washington, DC, for the May national contest. In addition, Jordan's school will receive $500 for the purchase of poetry books. Congratulations, Jordan!
