Carter's Garage has opened on the west side (in the alley) of the Carter Building, which is at the corner of Guilford and Westfield. This store was previously at 75th and Westfield, called Gardener's Market.

Avec Moi is open on the south side of 62nd Street at College Avenue, below the newly opened Premier Studios. Avec Moi offers ready-made meals "Take a break from cooking - and still enjoy a home-cooked meal."
