Broad Ripple Service Experts, Service Experts of Indianapolis and Village Plumbing Service Experts will now be known as Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning. The companies began sporting their new look and name on June 1, 2011, in recognition of the expertise and service guarantee that customers say are the most critical in selecting companies that provide air conditioning or heating repairs, service and new systems. The three locations have been serving the Indianapolis area primarily under the Broad Ripple Service Experts, Service Experts of Indianapolis and Village Plumbing Service Experts names. But that is changing so the companies can better communicate their unique customer promise, based on extensive customer research over the past year. The Service Experts' guarantee will become more prominent and each location will be recognized as Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning.

The Indianapolis locations are three of 102 locations that have used Service Experts as part or all of its name. All locations nationwide will be now be recognized by the Service Experts name and the new logo. In conjunction with their new name, the companies are also introducing a new logo. Indianapolis-area homeowners will see more of Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning in the area due to the unveiling of a multi-million dollar marketing campaign that will help build more customer awareness.
