Gazette delivery schedule changes at some locations

Starting with issue #11 there will be some changes to the delivery schedule. Previously, most pick up locations received their Gazettes a day early, on Thursdays. The new delivery schedule will result in some of the locations receiving the Gazette on Fridays.
