Random Rippling - '54 Milan team reunion autograph party
posted: Mar. 04, 2011
The famed 1954 Milan basketball team met at Plump's Last Shot, located at 6416 Cornell Avenue, on February 16, 2011, to help raise money for the Milan '54 Museum. Six of the team members autographed posters, balls, books, copies of the DVD Hoosiers, and clothing to be offered to fans. The proceeds will enable the museum to move into their new home in a former bank building in Milan, Indiana.
Plump's Last Shot, owned by team member Bobby Plump, is like a museum itself. The walls are lined with Milan artifacts.
