On Saturday, December 6th, 2008, the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ISBVI) held their annual Christmas Tree Sale. The school would like to thank all of the people who came and supported the sale.

The sale benefited the school's Leo Club, which is a student community service group. Proceeds also benefited the school's Garden Club and the Best Buddies Club, which is a peer mentoring club. The snowy weather did not deter people from coming and buying trees, wreaths and swags or just stopping by to see Mr. and Mrs. Santa and Jingle Jon and his reindeer. And the ISBVI choir members added to the fun-filled day. It was the most successful sale since the inception of the event nine years ago. Special thanks go to the Broad Ripple Gazette for helping us promote the event.
Elizabeth Garvey added, "Many thanks to all of you who have supported the Horticulture program, the Keever Garden Club and the ISBVI Christmas tree sale this holiday season!"
