Here is the one-hundred first installment:

The board met in special session all present. On motion of CW Heady the Marshal was instructed to open Coil St 15 ft wide from the Rail Road to the Westfield Gravil road. And from the Coil Road from the west end of said street 20 ft in width.

On motion of Mr. Brady Mr J.O. Brenneman was elected President of the Board of Trustees. The regular meetings of the Board was on motion by Mr Brady to be held on the first Tuesday of the month. On motion of Mr Brady the bond of Mr JH Campbell as treasurer was accepted and also of Mr Thomas P. Medsker bond as marshal.

[This part was struck out with a single line] Mr Bartell offered to blow the steam whistle every evening at 9 o'clock instead of ringing the bell and his offer was accepted. [I think this was to signal the start of the evening curfew.]

The treasurer reported having paid out $29 and received since the report made April 17 $366 leaving balance on hand to date $350.

Moved by Mr Brady that the Board meet on the 15th of this month to audit and allow the bills not on file and others business which may come before the Board.

The Board then adjourned.
