The Village is hosting another city experiment. A "Big Belly" has been installed on Broad Ripple Avenue at Guilford in front of Jimmy John's. The solar-powered trash can contains a compactor that allows it to hold four times the trash of a regular can. Feed it your trash! The city wants to see if these devices can help curb the trash problem.
