Two things are back at the Broad Ripple Union Jack Pub. The flags atop the building that had been knocked down in a recent storm are flying again. Also, families are back! Union Jack is now non-smoking. This allows the under 18 crowd to return. All of this goes with the new management at the Pub. Union Jack Pub is located at 924 Broad Ripple Avenue.
