The Gazette will attend a meeting in the Department of Metropolitan Development office, which is in the City County Building, to discuss the details of a proposed condominium development. The project includes razing four homes located at 6159, 6161, 6165, and 6171 Winthrop Avenue to make way for 27 condos. These properties are just north of the current condo project on Winthrop. There will be a public hearing at a later date; we will pass that information along as soon the date is set.
