Random Rippling - Legion Oratorical Contest

The winner of the local American Legion Oratorical Contest is Steve Henke of Covenant Christian High School. His speech was on the rights and responsibilities of all Americans. It had a powerful message to become involved, evaluate our government, and be obedient to our laws. The contest was held at American Legion Post 3, located at 64th and College Avenue.
