All Indianapolis-Marion County Public Libraries will be closed from Sunday, December 24, 2006, through Tuesday, December 26, 2006, for the Christmas holiday, except the InfoZone, located within The Children's Museum of Indianapolis at 3000 N. Meridian Street, which will be open on Sunday, December 24 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and on Tuesday, December 26 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

All branches will re-open at their regular times on Wednesday, December 27, 2006.

In addition, all IMCPL locations will be closed on Monday, January 1 for New Year's Day except the InfoZone, which will be open from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The Glendale Branch, located within the Glendale Mall at 6101 N. Keystone Avenue, has announced new hours of service beginning January 2. The Glendale Branch will be open Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., Fridays from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Sundays from 1 - 5 p.m.
