CONTINUED PETITIONS:

2006-APP-851 and 2006-VAR-851 5401, 5411 AND 5425 NORTH COLLEGE AVENUE (Approximate Address) KRG COLLEGE, LLC, by Thomas Michael Quinn requests Approval of MODIFICATION OF COMMITMENTS, related to petition 2005-ZON-811, to a) modify Commitment One to read as follows: "The site plan and elevations, file dated October 5, 2006 shall be substantially complied with, including at least five parking spaces having dimensions of ten (10') by eighteen (18') feet, and b) modify Commitment Twelve to read as follows: "Additional landscaping shall be in compliance with the site plan file dated October 5, 2006.
