The Clover Sends Coffee Right Over

There's a new kid in town and that kid's name is Clover 1s. Funny name for a kid, huh? It may be new but the Clover isn't a kid at all. It's a coffee brewer. Not just any coffee brewer, though. Currently, the closest place to get Clover coffee is in Chicago, and there's only one machine in all of the city. Thankfully you won't have to drive to all the way to Chicago to get your personalized cup of coffee. Soon, it'll be right here in your proverbial own backyard.
Part of what makes this cup so personal is that it can be produced in as little as a minute. It allows for a quick cup of pick- me- up while still keeping the subtleties of the coffee's flavor. The machine has temperature, brew time, and cup volume controls. But just because Clover is high tech, don't think that the barista is off the hook. Actually your beauty or beau behind the bar is as involved as ever! The brew specifics can be matched with the coffee's unique characteristics or even to an individual customer's taste. Brewing by the cup also allows customers to taste whatever beans their little hearts desire.
Other than speed, specifics, and selection, this machine brags the best of the brewing battle between the press pot and the vacuum pot. Like a press pot, the contact time is determined by the user, not by the dose, grind, or filter density (as opposed to other brewing methods like an espresso machine or drip coffee maker). Like a vacuum pot, Clover 1s filters by using a vacuum (not a paper filter). This filtering process ensures complete extraction and leaves no waste behind.
The buzz is building and this cutting edge coffee contraption will be filling our cups within the next few weeks. I know I can't wait to taste the creation of a hand-crafted cup of coffee. Stay tuned for more info on the coming of Clover! Until then, visit www.cloverequipment.com.
