Random Rippling - Another Victory as Indiana Speeds Past Toledo

The Indiana Speed professional women's football team continued its winning streak by defeating the Toledo Reign. The final score showed Indiana 13, Toledo 6.
Indiana's April Priest, #87, had another strong game with seven tackles, six assists and 43 yards rushing. Vee Hicks, #88, made an 80-yard kick off that was returned for a touch down.
The Speed has a bye this weekend. The team is preparing to face the Wisconsin Wolves at Wisconsin on September 2, 2006.
The Indiana Speed is a member of the Women's Professional Football League (WPFL), which strives to further opportunities for women in football. The Indiana Speed aims to encourage the continued growth and enhance the visibility of women's athletics, provide community outreach services and offer an entertaining atmosphere for the entire family.
