These ads ran in 1953. The one on the left was for Bob's Marathon, where Broad Ripple Marathon is today [in 2006]. There was apparently a parking problem in Broad Ripple back then. Bob offered PARK FREE as an incentive to get your car serviced at his station. The one on the right was for Bond Jewelers, which was located at 814 E. 63rd Street. 63rd is now Broad Ripple Avenue. This is about where The Mineshaft is today.
