Council Votes Pro Development

The City-County Council ended the recent battle over development in Broad Ripple. While the 14 to 13 vote against the Winthrop Avenue development showed that the majority of the Council was against the project, it was four votes shy of the number legally required to overturn a ruling of the Metropolitan Development Commission. The full hearing can be seen in reruns on cable channel 16.
