This 1955 ad is for one of our favorite stores, Stewart's Book and Stationery. It was located at 824 Broad Ripple Avenue where Rock and a Hard Place General Store is today (in 2005). Stewart's was a double-wide store with everything for the office. We are not sure why they were selling the Sala-Tossa. It was a large plastic ball for mixing salads. Far-out!
