Random Rippling - BR Ave reopens (partially)

While not finished yet, Broad Ripple Avenue has reopened for traffic. Various lane closures will occur as the construction wraps up. Another portion of the project will begin soon, the RiverWalk from Broad Ripple Park to the Monon Trail.
