My sidenote from the poem below is a little vague. I wrote the poem a few months ago while watching TV. The note (to self) said, "his daughter talked about him on A.M. news."
The poem is about my favorite writer from Indianapolis.

sentence on Vonnegut

Kurt kept writing and
writing and writing
and he worked and worked
and worked at
writing and i am
glad that he
was so devoted
to writing because
i can read his
books with twisted
pleasure and much
to think about.
